The thermal analysis technology for TS6 molten iron quality originates from the phase diagram theory in metallurgy and has been widely used in developed countries for the detection and control of molten iron in front of furnaces. It is an indispensable detection method in casting technology and plays an important role in the production of high-quality castings. Its main function is to quickly predict and forecast the quality of castings in front of the furnace, and use thermal analysis instruments to record the cooling curve of molten iron in a specific sample cup.

Built in original imported high-precision temperature transmitter, the host motherboard adopts military grade dedicated motherboard, the display adopts military grade LCD display, and the operation instructions are completed through a mouse. The measurement results can be output to a portable storage device through a high-speed USB interface and transferred to an office computer.
